Our mathematics teaching master’s degree is open to presently employed secondary 和 community college mathematics teachers. You’ll attend courses online during the academic year, interacting face-to-face 和 in real time with faculty 和 classmates via our 同步在线平台. Dr. 诺瓦克 is one of the founders of the Math Teacher 领导 Center, a $5.300万年 National Science Foundation project that developed a master’s program for secondary 数学教师. “The Math TLC program has challenged me both personally 和 professionally,” 一位参与者说. “After less than 18 months I feel like I have been molded into a more well-rounded educator, 和 not just in the field of mathematics.” Dr. 诺瓦克 is currently leading an NSF-funded project to study secondary teachers’ mathematical knowledge for teaching exponential functions.
